task for week 2 and 3

Verbs are actions/doing words. Can you think of a verb that would match with the following nouns to describe what they are doing? E.g. water – trickled Bath- bubbling turtle-swimming water-flowing sun-shining the girl-smiling fish-rigling plug-still shower curtain- swaying Can you put them into sentences? yes I can 1. the bath was bubbling quietly. 2. a turtle was swimming swiftly in the water. 3. the water was flowing down the stream. 4. the sun was shining brightly in the sky. 5. the girl was smiling happily. 6. the fish was ringling lots. 7. the plug sat still in the bath. 8. the shower curtain was swaying in the wind. SICK SENTENCES! These sentences are ‘sick’ and need your help to get better. Can you help? The bath went through the water. It was a sunny day. Task one we were told to complete the task and  upload them to blogger a perfect picture I have to emajen I can read the tigers thoughts and draw what they are thinking. SENTENCE CHALLENGE! Make a list of all the different colours you can see in the picture. Can you write a paragraph to describe the scene in the picture, using lots of these colours? Can you then replace all of the colours you have used with alternative words for those colours? E.g. sapphire instead of blue. Emerald instead of green. Charcoal instead of black.
